Mathilda, S.H.,
MANAGING PARTNER
Born in Makassar 1962. Mathilda received a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, Brawijaya University in 1985. Mathilda’s career in the legal field began in 1990 and officially became a lawyer in 1996. Mathilda’s expertise and intuition in handling litigation cases, especially TIPIKOR cases, has already been established. thoroughly tested thanks to his long experience in handling various kinds of important legal cases under the leadership of the former Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia, Basrief Arif, SH (deceased). Apart from litigation, Mathilda also has experience in handling business law (retainer) having led the Batam branch of the Soedjono Hendricus & Rekan (SH&R) Law Firm which handled more than one hundred and fifty companies (PMA and PMDN). Armed with this maturity and long experience, this senior lawyer is currently trusted to be Managing Partner at Tiga Wangsa Law Office.
Rozy Fahmi, SH., MH
PARTNER
Obtained a Bachelor of Laws at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, and a Masters in Law at Pelita Harapan University. He is an advocate registered with PERADI and started his professional career in the legal field from 2012 to 2018 by working at Ihza & Ihza Law Firm, a well-known law firm led by Prof. Yusril Ihza Mahendra, MSc.
His next legal career was to join AMAR Law Office & Public Interest from 2019 to 2020, and then carry out his Advocate profession independently and collaborate with several Law Firms, until then in 2022 he joined Tiga Wangsa Law Firm.
Fahmi has extensive civil litigation experience in handling business disputes.
Apart from being active as an advocate, Fahmi is also a legal consultant in several companies, providing advice related to law in the business & corporate sector.
Udhin Wibowo, SH., MBA
PARTNER
Obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2012. Since being a student, he has been involved in legal advocacy activities as a paralegal. In 2015 he took part in KALABAHU as a requirement to join the Yogyakarta Legal Aid Institute and in 2016 he obtained an Advocate’s license from PERADI.
Wibowo started his professional legal career by joining an International Law Firm with Korean culture. This young lawyer has a fast and responsive work ethic while still paying attention to appropriate and effective resolution in handling the cases his clients are facing.
Wibowo’s legal career experience was not only obtained from one law firm, but at the same time he also gained a lot from other large law firms who often invited him to join a team to resolve certain cases that required his legal expertise to complete the legal team that was formed.
Wibowo’s main expertise is handling Extraordinary Legal Remedies for Judicial Review, both criminal and civil. Apart from that, his frequent handling of litigation cases in the fields of Banking, Mining and Corruption Eradication means that he really understands the problems in these fields and the dynamics of their best resolution.
Damar Prio Wibowo, SH

He is an advocate who is a member of Peradi and started his career in the legal field in 2017 by handling various criminal cases. Apart from that, he is also the attorney for the Swamitra Cooperative which is affiliated with Bank Bukopin. In the last four years, he has handled many land dispute lawsuit cases, including cases faced by PT. Karunia Alam Abadi Agung dispute over ownership of 69.8 hectares of land.

Born in Depok 1996. Carol received her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2018 and again received her Masters of Laws in 2022. Mining Law is one of the areas of expertise that she has mastered because of her experience having been a Corporate Legal Officer in a number of mining companies since 2019. Even though she is still young Armed with the experience and knowledge of mining law, it is hoped that he will be able to provide legal services in the mining sector to mining companies well.
